Acting plans of native livestock and poultry in relation to the economical value and scientific implications in Taiwan are presented. Present and future development of native farm animals under the mutual cooperation from the technical working group of the Philippine Native Animal development Program, leading by Executive Director Manuel R. Jarmin at Livestock Development Council, DA, Philippines, shall be discussed on the utilization and conservation in associated with local community of animal farmers, industry companies and food consumers.
