Baking Soda

Sodium bicarbonate (IUPAC name: sodium hydrogen carbonate), commonly known as baking soda, is a chemical compound with the formula NaHCO3. Sodium bicarbonate is a white solid that is crystalline, but often appears as a fine powder. It is used in green cleaning products and personal care products in a wide range of industries.

Sodium bicarbonate is a common ingredient in cleaning, detergent and degreasing products. In cleaning products, sodium bicarbonate can react with vinegar to create a solution that helps unclog drains or remove grime in ovens. Its slight abrasiveness is extremely efficient for eliminating burnt residues or grease.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons ( 1 tablespoon=15g) of baking soda in 500c.c(ml) warm water, the proper temperature of warm water should be in about 20~40℃. Stir the baking soda until any lumps dissolve. Pour the liquid into a spray bottle. It is suitable for all type of cleaning.
